WAT Rules
1. Cheating
a) Any form of exploitation of clear game errors or "bugs" is strictly forbidden. If you discover such an error, you must immediately report it to the WeAreTibia staff. Any failure to report or intentional misuse of bugs for personal gain will be met with disciplinary action, potentially including account banishment or deletion.
c) Using tools to automatically perform or repeat certain actions (cavebot, aimbot) is prohibited. Macro is allowed only for training purposes within mana/trainers areas. Additionally, if a player is found walking on the same waypoints for several rounds in a pattern that suggests automated behavior, and this activity is recorded, it will be treated as macro/cavebot usage. The penalties for such violations are as follows:
    - First offense: 24-hour ban with a final warning.
    - Second offense: Instant account deletion.
d) Manipulating the client program or using additional software to play the game.
e) Trying to steal other players' account data ("hacking").
f) Playing on more than 5 accounts at the same time ("multi-clienting").

2. Statements
a) Racist Insults: Any form of racist insult towards another player is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, referring to someone as an animal that may be used as a racial insult, throwing items (like bananas) in a racially derogatory manner, or comparing someone to any creature in a way that is known to be racially offensive in certain countries.

b) Deep Personal Insults: We will not tolerate any form of deep personal insult directed towards another player or their family. This includes any statements that are intended to cause distress, fear, or harm, including threats of any kind.


First Offense: You will receive an immediate 24-hour ban without warning.
Second Offense: You will receive an immediate 7-day ban.
Third Offense: Your account will be permanently deleted.

3. Gamemasters
a) Threatening a gamemaster because of his or her actions or position as a gamemaster.
b) Pretending to be a gamemaster or to have influence on the decisions of a gamemaster.
c) Intentionally giving wrong or misleading information to a gamemaster concerning his or her investigations or making false reports about rule violations.

4. Illegal Trading
a)You are not allowed to trade in-game items, accounts, money or services for goods, accounts, services or money outside of our server.
b)You are allowed to trade your character for other characters, items or premium points in-game.
c)You are allowed to trade items for premium points.
d)You cant trade your account, character, items or premium points for anything outside of the server. This includes other servers, real tibia, real money and other non-tibia games.
e)If your trade cant be completed inside of WeAreTIbia OT then its an illegal trade. 
	
5. Names
a)Names that are insulting, racist, sexually related, drug-related, harassing or generally objectionable.

6. Destructive Behaviour
a)Any actions that will be done on purpose, and may eventually lead to lowering population of players, will be bannable without warnings. 
Eg. killing players with way lower level / equipment, massive random player killing. 
b)Every case of Destructive Behaviour will be considered individually.

The staff of this server reserve the right to ban for any reason not listed here and have the final decision on all banishments. If our staff feel youre hurting our server, community or website overall, we reserve the right to remove you from our server.

A violation of the Tibia Rules may lead to temporary banishment of characters and accounts. In severe cases removal or modification of character skills, attributes and belongings, as well as the permanent removal of accounts without any compensation may be considered. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the previous record of the player. It is determined by the gamemaster imposing the banishment.

These rules may be changed at any time. All changes will be announced on the official website/discord.
